When chef and owner Jonute Svien traveled to Italy in 2022, he visited a small, family-run pasta shop that served hand rolled pasta and made-from scratch sauces. Amid delicious food and a lively, welcoming environment, he made a decision that one day he'd open a pasta shop of his own.
