Owner Salai Thawng’s inspiring journey began when he fled conflict-ridden Myanmar, arriving in the U.S. in 2012. A close friend introduced him to sushi-making, sparking a passion that would shape his career.

Over the past decade, Salai has refined his skills and built a thriving business driven by his deep love for the craft. His success is rooted in a personal mission: supporting his family, who remain refugees in India, by sending profits to ensure their safety and well-being.
